Upstairs has laminate flooring in all bedrooms plus new vinyl floors in the bathrooms, which all help us to maintain a very high standard of cleanliness
An air source heat pump keeps the whole house warm and comfortable all year round and can also provide cooling on those hot summer days.
The ground floor is very spacious and light with three glazed doors and side windows. The lounge area has two large leather sofas, coffee table, and a 43 in. Smart TV. The dining area has a large and sturdy oak dining set and a third leather sofa. The kitchen is separate and also large and well-equipped with a view to the rear and back terrace. The rear of the house is open right up to the roof with huge windows which greet the morning sun in summer. A staircase leads to the first floor.
The main bedroom is large and has a delightful balcony with a lovely view over the rooftops to the surrounding countryside and this gets the sun for most of the day . This room has a king size (5ft wide) bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a good sized en-suite with electric shower. Two more bedrooms offer a double bed (4ft 6in wide) and twin beds , both with storage space and hanging rails. The shared family bathroom has a full size bath with bath / shower mixer, plus wash basin and WC.
The spacious rear terrace gets the sun in the morning and provides an ideal spot for breakfast, or to rinse off and relax after a swim or surf. There is access directly from the allocated parking space and it is enclosed which may be especially useful if you have a dog.
Please note: Dogs must not be allowed upstairs or on furniture.
Steps down to the rear entrance may make the property unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility who wants to come and go frequently.
What our guests say
“Property was spotless on arrival and added bonus of tea, sugar, coffee and milk (phew as I forgot milk!)
Added bonus of en-suite and downstairs cloakroom, especially as 3 teens in tow.
The property is dog friendly.
Wooden flooring and the policy of no dogs on furniture or upstairs meant that you would never tell that dogs are allowed in the premises. like I have already mentioned, spotless.”
